Job Details:

I need to have a template for a blog and resource directory website created. This is only a header and footer template that will be integrated with existing software programs already installed on the test website.

The template should resemble a plain looking blog with a title and navigation links on the top, the content on the left and a sidebar on the right hand side. It must be simple and easily customized so it can be installed on other sites running the same software programs. Required skills would be HTML, PHP and CSS.
