How to Leverage Your Social Media Engagement

Social Media EngagementIn my last post on Successful Blogging I shared details about my "working road trip", how much fun I had on my trip to the beach, and how much it impacted my blog & business.

That weekend resulted in more than 300% increase in engagement on my niche Facebook Page as you can see from the screenshot.

The more active you are in your niche, or the more you're living your topic, the more people you'll attract to what you're doing - or what you're teaching & offering online.

People love to live through you!

You hear a lot of buzz about "Engagement". But what does it mean exactly? And more importantly, what do you DO with it?

I'll show you live examples so you can see exactly what to do with the engagement you work so hard to achieve - which is the one thing most people leave out when they talk about engaging content or increasing your social media engagement...

Obviously higher engagement increases your reach, your traffic, your response rate and conversions, which means sales & profit - but there's more to it than that!

The following "webinar" is NOT a live sales pitch. I know you see a lot of those around the web, and that's probably what you're used to. It's more of a "live blog post" where you can watch over my shoulder and learn.

You'll definitely want to watch it & take notes! :-)

  1. Hi Lynn,

I had a great time reading about your adventures. Your increased numbers are proof that people do, as you say, "Live through you." I would like to get more activity in my life and blogging too.

Ahhh, new ideas are forming. Thanks.

  2. Looks like a really great webinar. I am definitely bookmarking it to come back to later for a look. Thanks for sharing this.

  3. The reach on Social Media is often far greater than most Internet marketers even realize because they are gauging their results on things like: page likes, views, shares and etc... When the visual impressions are usually far greater and make a huge impact over time from a branding standpoint. There are LOTS of folks who see what is being posted, read it, absorb it, meditate on it, and yet just keep scrolling. Their is a systemic effect that takes place with social media marketing and more Internet marketers should stick with it rather than getting discouraged because they aren't physically SEEING the results from from their social media efforts, yet!
