Traveling Blog Conferences In A City Near You
BlogHer, the community for women who blog and host of the annual BlogHer Conference, announced today that they will be hitting the road in 2008 on a “BlogHer Reach Out Tour” to reach bloggers across the states.
They will be hosting a one-day conference in several major cities on their 2008 tour, and those cities include:
- New York
- San Francisco
- Boston
- Washington D.C.
- Greensboro
- Nashville
- Atlanta
- New Orleans
As you may already know, I am in Tennessee – and I was thrilled to see Nashville on that list 
BlogHer is openly looking for volunteers in each of those areas as well as speakers, sponsors, ideas and suggestions. This could open up some great opportunities for those of you in or near the listed areas!

They are going to launch the official tour site the Monday after Thanksgiving, so maybe we’ll have more info then on upcoming tours.
I was just reading through the comments on their announcement and already saw several people from the Nashville area have piped in – It will be fun to meet so many local bloggers!
