I glanced over at my BlogRush Widget this morning and one of the 5 headlines jumped out at me.
It said “Do Not Download This Report“…
I have no idea what the other 4 featured blog posts were even about - that one caught my eye, and I clicked straight through. The power of attention-getting headlines, no doubt
At any rate, the post is about Michelle Macphearson’s Social Media Daily blueprint, which you can download for free. You’ll learn about the various social media sites, and how to use them to get website traffic.
I havent read the blueprint myself (yet) but wanted to pass this along while it was fresh on my mind. Great headline no doubt - two tips in one from this post
Have a great day!

p.s. A BlogRush Widget is a social networking tool that rotates the headlines of related blog posts from around the blogosphere. You can see it here on ClickNewz if you scroll down - it’s on the right hand side of the page towards the bottom.

Hi Lynn,
I have downloaded the blueprint and reading it now. I will let you know if I learn a thing or two. I love “free stuff”.

Lynn,
It is me again. I have just went over the whole blueprint. Let me tell you, I did not know how many social media sites there really were. I guess I just know the popular ones. This blueprint has many checklists with sites to add your information too. I will definitely be using her checklists in the future.

Oh another thing, I keep hearing about this ‘Web 2.0′. What is it?

I love that headline!
I’ve been looking at how to write headlines recently on copyblogger and there is definitely a science to it that I will have to learn.
But I had’nt thought of a negative call to action, it would have made me click on it too. There’s something about being told to not do something that really arouses my curiosity - and a lot of others I bet!

Would you believe I printed it on blue paper. Not even thinking it was called a blueprint! LOL!
