My 2007 Book List

If you go to Amazon.com and log in to your account, you can see all of your purchases at a glance. I happened to log in and was looking in the Track Recent Orders section, and noticed you could use the drop down box to view all of your orders from 2007.

I’ll give you my book list for 2007, and then let’s turn this into a meme. I’d love to see yours too! If you have a blog, create your own list and then link back to this post (or use a trackback) so that your book list will show up as a link here. Or you can leave your list in the comments section below if you dont have a blog…

My 2007 Book List

I’m going to have to invest in a new bookshelf! I havent had opportunity to sit down and read all of my new books all the way through yet, though I have read pieces and parts from each. Maybe I’ll reorganize my bookshelf and make it a point to read through some of the top titles one at a time…

The 4-Hour Work Week was my least favorite on the list. I think my two faves will be the TAGR Workbook and the Blogging With Moxie titles (I havent finished them yet).

I did read Organizing From The Inside Out by Julie Morgenstern during 2007, though I’d had that one for awhile. Excellent book!

What about you – which books did you get this past year, and which were your favorite? Blog your book list and let us know! ;)

Best,

Nice list! The only one of your’s that’s also on mine is “4-Hour Workweek.” I enjoyed it (like Tim’s writing style).

Here are 2 books I’ve bought and recommend:

    “The Ultimate Sales Machine” by Chet Holmes;
“Made to Stick” by Chip & Dan Heath

Both have great information about creating the most effective messages, persuading your target audience, establishing credibility & loyalty, and much more. They’re both helping me with my online biz as well as my regular job.

“Made to Stick” is my favorite of 2007.

  11. Hey Lynn, this is a nice list no doubt.

But I will like to avoid piling up many books and not getting the UTMOST benefits from them. Well, right now, the only book I will recommend (will buy any moment from now at Amazon) is titled: Ready, Fire, Aim: From Zero to $100 million in time flat. It was written by the brain behind the huge success of Agora, Michael Masterson.

Sounds like a great title to look into – thanks!

Actually, that book is on my reading list (already received my copy since I ordered in December) and I’m about 4 chapters in; it’s not all I thought it would be — at least, not yet.

I’m truly hoping that it does get better, but it tends to drag on. Of course, this is just my personal opinion — it may be filled with a whole lot of goodies by the time I finish, but I’m finding it difficult to want to finish. :)

Hmm, maybe I should actually write a review when I’m done. That’s something to add to the ever-growing to-do list. LOL

I’m glad you said that – and if you do write a review, come back and post a link to it here so we can check that out. I really dislike when a seemingly great title is tough to get through like that!

Speaking of publishing reviews, I have several on my list still to finish & discuss ;)
