I ran across a couple of great Blog Tools this morning, thanks to a post from Teli on my discussion forum. If you dont already know her, Teli is The WordPress Queen and developer of OptiNiche (which I am a huge fan of!).
The first resource was the Related Entries Plugin from WASABI.
Teli gave an example from her own blog, so you can see the plugin in action at the bottom of the post. On that page, you’ll find another great resource:
A free Tagging Secrets report on how to tag and ping for traffic. Short and quick read, explains what tagging is and why it could be beneficial to you.
In another post, she offers a Free 7 page WordPress Primer - Quick Start Guide that is geared towards the absolute newbie to WordPress.
The topics covered are:
- The Difference Between WordPress and WordPress.com
- Installing WordPress and the Famous 5 Minute Install
- Update Your Profile and Password
- Update Your First Post, Comment, and About Page
- Installing New Themes
- Installing New Plugins
Teli says: The guide is absolutely free to download and you’re allowed to give it away for free. If you find it useful, I’d love to know. If you have any suggestions on how to improve it, I’d love to hear it.
You can join the discussion and reply to Teli directly at her thread on the SSWT Forum: WordPress Primer and Quick Start Guide - Free Download
Enjoy!

Hi Lynn
I have just downloaded http://www.cocomment.com and it is a superb tool for watching who makes a comment after you.
For commited bloggers its a must and free. I must admit I have only been using it for a couple of days but given this article I was sure it would appeal so I thought I would mention it.
I look forward to watching the comments after this.
Regards
Stephen
