I’m still doing battle over my refund. They have almost managed it, but have refunded me $5 short. Normally I wouldn’t bother about this, but I’m mad at them for the way they’ve messed me about, both with the product/delivery stuff, and the slow and painful battle I’ve had getting a refund.

I’ll never buy from them again.

Just a warning, I cancelled my Net Effect subscription, and had a confirmation e-mail about the cancellation, and they STILL billed me for the next issue.

I got a refund quickly enough, but be warned, cancelling doesn’t guarantee you’ve heard the last of them.

thanks Lynn, I’ve tried the DVDs in my daughters computer and they play in that one.

So it looks as if I need to get another DVD drive Doh! There’s always something isn’t there!

Can You believe It!

Just received the DVD’s and now they won’t play
My dvd drive is not picking them up.

I’ve only been able to watch No 2 dvd 2 times.
Other than that it aint pickin them up.

Any ideas anyone.

If this is you, please email me Lynn-AT-ClickNewz-DOT-com and send me your name & email address (as used to order) along with your Customer ID and Transaction ID. If you have multiple receipts, include IDs from each.

Please send this to me ASAP so I can get this master list in to StomperNet. Iâ€™d like to get this wrapped up as quickly as possible.
