Last year I trialled Oxford's Papershow pen (http://www.sales-excellence.co.uk/articles/interactive-document-creation-papershow-trial.html). It seems to be based on pretty much the same technology - but was aimed at annotative presentations "live". It had to be linked to a computer (via bluetooth) when being used - so for me it ruled out 90% of the times I would want to use it. This seems spot on - now I have to find a UK supplier. I even saw a review on YouTube that a deaf person did, in sign language, explaining how deaf people could use it to take to the doctor and have the doctor talk and write notes, so that if there was anything that the patient had questions on from the notes later, they could replay that section for a hearing friend and find out exactly what the doctor said.
