I like his approach with his GUTS acronym. Using what you know definitely is crucial.

When you use what you learn you extablish what you’ve learned as part of your own experience instead of simply leaving it as a vague theory bouncing around — largely unorganized — in your head.

Thanks for the recommendation, lynn. With so many IM “gurus” out there it’s easy to get confused and overwhelmed about whom to follow or learn from.

I have found your suggestions to always be sensible and hype free.
