I’m finding there are events all over the world. I’m flying to Australia to attend one next month. You may do well to study how they are organized and consider hosting events or meet-ups in your area!

Most people don’t take the time to test any type of results that they get from their blogs, social media, or websites. I think the net is full of overload. A great strategy is to pick one or two tools on the Internet and stick to them. If you try to do everything, you will go crazy.

I can’t wait for this event! It will be great to meet up with you again, Lynn – and to meet all of the fabulous speakers they have listed! Not to mention other attendees! I’m really looking forward to it! And I’ve never been to Nashville before, either.

I know it is not necessarily closer but we also have Social Fresh Tampa. We have looked at Atlanta and will likely have an event there, but not in the first half of 2010.

Our main focus for the event is case study centric content. Examples from Fortune 500 companies invested in the space and some of the top independent professionals in social media. The speakers are very talented and full of useful information. Beyond that, we heavily emphasize networking with a lounge mingle area and 30 minute breaks in between sessions.
