“I am not sure how many of you are fans of the Today Show on NBC, but if you watched it this morning you may have noticed a bunch of PPP banners and t-shirts.”
Unfortunately I missed it myself, but if any of you caught this on The Today Show this morning (Wednesday, Sept 27th) I’d love to know if you noticed any of the PayPerPost crew or their shirts & banners.
It was an interesting idea for national exposure, you have to admit. Even more interesting is a “behind the scenes video” of the PPP crew putting the idea together, which they posted on their blog today:
You can check out their entire blog post, and the comments left there by readers, at: Guerilla Marketing for more details.
It was really cool to see the PPP team in action, and to get a glimpse of the people - and the enthusiasm - behind the website. They obviously really love what they do
What do you think? Did you happen to catch any PPP’ers on The Today Show? Was this a good idea, and do you imagine they’ll get positive results - a good ROI?

I wish them the best. But hope it doesn’t get imitated too many times.

Do you mean the Today Show publicity stunt - or the PayPerPost model?
