TeleSummit for Women in Business

October 11th, 2006 · 2 Comments ·

There is a Women’s Marketing Telesummit this month, October 18-20. I just found out about it this evening myself, surprisingly. But then, I only recognized one of the names on the list of Speakers - which was Paulette Ensign of TipsBooklets.com. I remember her from my days on Entrepreneur Magazine’s radio show… and she’s full of awesome ideas.

Anyway, this looks like an event that may be worth checking out for the entrepreneurial women out there. The price is right at just $145, and you dont even have to arrange childcare and make travel plans… as the entire 3-Day event is delivered directly to you through their teleconferencing system.

This quote from the site was one of the most appealing for me personally:

“Let me ask you something: if you were in a restaurant, and you had the chance to sit next to a table full of successful women entrepreneurs and hear what they were talking about…wouldn’t you do it?

Well, this is your chance to tap into the minds of the brightest businesswomen around. They are all leading experts in their various fields, and hearing them at this event may become the turning point in your business!”

As a work at home mom myself, I know how challenging it can be to attend some of the larger conferences and events going on around the world every year. Even if money is not an issue, taking the time to make travel arrangements and also make sure that the kids are taken care of (especially during the school year) can be more hassle than it’s worth sometimes.

At the same time, events like this can truly be a turning point in your business. If you could use some mentoring, motivation and brainstorming time - but dont necessarily have the time or ability to up and fly to the next great event - you might want to check out the Women’s Marketing Telesummit.

It may be just what you need to take things to the next level ;)
