Performancing Attracts ClickNewz Sponsor
I opened an account with Performancing Partners at the end of October – on 10/22/06 to be exact. Performancing is a new Blog Advertising network that will manage Ad Space on your blog(s) through a revenue sharing model. It is much like the set-up at Text Link Ads, but it is specifically for blogs.
Performancing negotiated the first formal sponsorship for ClickNewz within a couple of weeks, which began on Nov 6th. The sponsor, 5 Star Affiliate Forums, seems to be a good match in regards to relevancy – which I am pleased with.
Since my blog was still ‘under review’ with only initial stats collected, they were able to claim a 30-day sitewide sponsorship for only $25. A great deal for them of course, and I am looking forward to tracking the results. The first day is already showing a 1.61% CTR for their Ad, but it’s a bit early in the first 24 hours to tell how well it will perform long term.
I enjoyed checking out the 5 Star Affiliate Forums once I reviewed and approved their ad. It appears to be a fairly active discussion forum with topics on affiliate networks, datafeeds, affiliate site reviews, free advertising categories and more.
If you’re an affiliate, or a merchant, this is a forum you’ll probably enjoy

P.S. You can click here for the details on advertising here at ClickNewz through Performancing.

Congratulations, Lynn.
The 5 Star Forums is actually a great forum run by Linda Buquet and I actually help moderate over there (I’ve been very quiet lately, though).
Cool info – I’m going to check into that.
Hi Lynn,
I was excited to advertise with you and was glad I found you over at Performancing. I read your blog several times a week, but missied this entry until now. Thanks for blogging about my forum. I appreciate the kind words. Hi Teli!
You’re most welcome, Linda! It’s a great forum, and I am glad to have you advertising here on ClickNewz
Best,
Lynn Terry
