No more writing on my hand when I am out and about, have left my voice recorder at home, and have something pop into my head that I just have to make note of to remember…

I’m referring to BrainCast, which is a new free service - currently in beta - that gives you a personal toll free number to call in messages to yourself that you can retrieve later.

I signed up to check it out this morning - which took all of two seconds, by the way - and then programmed the toll free number into my cell phone. All I have to do is press a button, leave the notes on my account, and there will be an email reminder when I get home! I can log in and listen to the messages then of course, and keep a running record of things within my Braincast account.

Pretty cool!
