BlogWorld, which has changed it's name to New Media Expo (NMX), is open for registration. Get your ticket early for big savings!
I wasn't able to attend the BlogWorld / NMX event in June, so I had my ticket transferred to the January event.
It takes place January 6-8 in Las Vegas.
Angie and I got the 3 Day Blogger Pass, which is currently only $197. We're both really looking forward to the event! You can also get a Virtual Ticket for that same low rate, which comes with lots of perks (such as additional interviews & features). If you can't attend live, definitely consider the Virtual Ticket. 😉
New Media Expo is returning to its Vegas roots in 2013 and we can't wait to see all of you. For those who have been to our Vegas show, you know it's our biggest event. If you haven't joined us in Nevada yet, you're in for a real treat.
Our Vegas conference is January 6-8 at the Rio Hotel & Casino and is guaranteed to please. With top-notch networking, great sessions, a ginormous exhibit hall, and the best parties around, people travel from far and wide to attend.
BlogWorld is the one place you'll have the opportunity to meet the TOP bloggers in the industry. I made awesome new friends, cut deals, and formed relationships that have continued to be profitable & rewarding to this day.
I'm super excited to be returning to BlogWorld. It was an AWESOME event, and I got a lot out of it last time I attended. I didn't sit in on many sessions because the networking was *so* good, but I plan on attending more sessions on this trip and soaking up as much information as I can!

This sounds like an awesome event, Lynn. Unfortunately, my personal life is currently doing a 180 on me and I can't make plans for something that far away right now. I'm hoping to attend the NAMS event, if nothing else, next year... we'll see. With any luck, within the next 6 to 12 months you'll start seeing me everywhere 😉
On a different note.. I'm not sure if the settings were changed or if it was removed completely but Opt-in Crusher is finally gone from the bottom of my screen. I know it's a great tool but that thing was driving me nuts and I usually hesitated before even visiting your site because it was so annoying. (Even if I made it disappear as soon as I clicked to another page it was back again... and I long ago signed up to the list so it should never have shown on my screen at all. Not your fault, I know.) Thanks for whatever you did to make it go away. Now I'll check in here more often.

Does everyone stay in the same hotel? If I end up going alone, I'm not sure if I would be comfortable hiking all over Vegas at night to get back to my room.

I always stay in the event hotel, because as you know... I like to go up and take my "me time" breaks. 😉 But *especially* in Vegas because like you I don't like making my way through the crazies on the street after hours, lol.
So are you coming?? Tawnya Sutherland will be there too - she's rooming with me. It'll be nice to finally meet Pat!
p.s. The room rates are great right now at the Rio (event hotel) at only $99/night. I think Tawnya got an even better deal with a flight combo...
