He gave me a copy of his book when we met yesterday, and I am looking forward to reading it cover to cover. Inside are 8 complete interviews with successful online business owners…

Most of the names are familiar to me, some I look forward to learning more about: Don Peters, Willie Crawford, Gary Huynh, James Grandstaff, Jeff Walker, Jim Nelson, Joe Vitale and Dan Miller. There’s nothing I love better than a success story

Joining us was David Bullock, who is best known for his hands-on work with Taguchi. You can find him online at DavidBullock.com and Results-Squared.com. David is more of a ‘behind the scenes’ kind of guy in regards to Internet Marketing, but has some strong ties with Perry Marshall and Ken McCarthy among others. Being the ’stats junkie’ that I am, I particularly enjoyed the opportunity to talk with David about the details of his business.

We were also joined later by Jonathan Taylor of Career Calling. The four of us shared a lot of laughs, many great stories, and some of our personal experiences with each other from the last decade. There wasnt a quiet moment at that table, as you can imagine *lol* - it was a great time, to say the least!

Some interesting thoughts and ideas were shared that left me with much to think about on the drive home. I walked away from this meeting with a fresh dose of motivation and several things to look into further. Much like the after-hours brainstorming sessions of the popular conferences and seminars, which are well-known as the best part of any structured event.

Of course, this renewed my interest in organizing a local get-together for online professionals. We all agreed on that idea, and are looking forward to meeting again - and adding new faces to the table. I know that Liz Tomey is also in Tennessee and expressed an interest, so hopefully I’ll have a chance to finally meet her at the next lunch!
