Straight from the PPP Blog

There are several blogs that I check in with daily, and the PayPerPost blog is one of them –> http://blog.payperpost.com . Having such a controversial launch, and having such media coverage both offline and online in the last few months, they are definitely a company worth keeping your eye on.

They also have some pretty goofy pictures and videos from time to time

I was reading an update from them today on the Performancing acquisition. Of specific interest was this little tidbit:

Advertisers will gain the ability to segment opportunities partially based on blog traffic data provided by Metrics. Blogs with more traffic will qualify for higher paying opportunities. This is good news for many of PayPerPost’s and Performancing’s higher traffic blogs.

What this means is that Advertisers will have access to traffic data on the blogs they may want to advertise on through PayPerPost. This data will be made available to them with the Performancing Metrics tool that will be acquired by PPP.

Obviously this will motivate Bloggers (ie “Posties” who blog for PayPerPost) to create quality blogs and to attract quality traffic. This is a good move as it raises the standard and improves the quality of both the service and the Posties’ contribution to the Blogosphere.

All said and done, the PPP Blog is a great place to check in for updates on everything that the company is involved in – from new episodes on the RockStartUp site to daily office life in a dot com start-up.

Expect a little bit of everything!
