But I have seen some examples. I just think that the number will eventually grow. As I said in my report, tests show that we&#039;ve reached a critical mass, if you will. And you will start to see things change, albeit slowly.

And don&#039;t forget, most IMers sell information, not real products. Here&#039;s a cool example of a Web 2.0 site I came across yesterday: http://www.dna11.com/</description>
