Coffee Break
Do you ever sit down at your desk, or at your laptop, and feel completely scattered? That’s me this morning… I wouldnt say ‘unfocused’, more like ‘focused on a million things at once’. I figured we’d just grab a cup of coffee and ramble for a minute until I get on a roll, what do you say?
And actually, wouldnt it be cool if we could? Get together for a coffee, I mean. I havent done that in awhile and I was just thinking about it this week. I’ve been putting some serious consideration into the next event that I want to attend, or finding out about the next local get-together.
PostieCon (the PayPerPost conference) is probably a definite – coming up in June. I’ve made some great friends through PPP and dont want to miss the opportunity to meet them in person.
I missed Affiliate Summit here recently, and shame on me because that’s twice I’ve passed up the opportunity to grab a drink with Rosalind Gardner. I missed PubCon last fall as well – and really missed getting to hang out with my “SEO/Affiliate Girls”…
That reminds me of a funny… we all hung out at the event last Spring pretty close, and one guy asked me “So, are you one of Rae’s girls?” – like she was a pimp or something, haha! An “affiliate pimp” maybe 
lol – she’s definitely hooked me up with some great opps!
Anyway… heavy on my mind this morning are two things: putting out a newsletter to my SSWT readers, and a new blog design here at ClickNewz. I had every intention of putting out a kick-ass issue on Tuesday morning, but it just didnt happen. I kept getting distracted, and thought it best to wait until I could put 100% into it… so Thursday morning it is (keep an eye out for it if you’re subscribed!).
As for the blog template… I’m thinking something simple, maybe black white & grey. I’ve had enough of the purple – and am really sick of that image of me at the top right 
. It may not happen today, but I believe I’ll start fleshing out the details behind the scenes at least.
Other than that, I’ve been thinking a lot lately about passive income and info products. Setting up streams of passive income was probably one of the best moves I’ve made in business to date. No doubt about it!
As for info products, I have to admit that the 7 Dollar Secrets product was a big hit last month. With very little promotion even, the return was much better than I expected. The product itself really has me thinking about product development, inasmuch as it was a great money-maker on its own. I have some ideas brewing, and several outlines already drawn up… so I’ll keep you posted on that as I get closer to release dates.
I suppose I’ve rambled enough. I’m off to check stats and see whats going on at the SSWT Forum this morning. Also need to check in at PayPerPost… oh – and MySpace is hopping lately! Networking there is definitely starting to pay off

It just keeps getting better as in the music scene at my space. There is a new service nothing to do with Myspace) called spicypage.com, also netvibes.com ,etc. All part of the new web.

I feel like I need a ‘Coffee Break’ right now. I have just moved house and all my stuff is all over the place. To make matters worse, I haven’t got my broadband connection back. So I have to sneek at my online business at work.
On a positive note, I finally get to have my own home office. The next step is to work at home part time and then full time.
You are making great progress towards that goal, it sounds
Congratulations! Sometimes the phases in the process are more work than we like, and can be quite frustrating… but the end result is always worth it!
