ClickNewz! Internet Marketing Blog

What is your site worth?

March 23rd, 2007 · 14 Comments ·

It’s Friday night, the house is quiet, and I’m having a nice hot cup of coffee… so what does an ‘internet marketing geek’ like myself do on a night like this? Check out cool sites and kick it on Skype with my geek-buds of course! Okay, so I’m too old to ‘kick it’ - or say that at least (my kids would laugh :P ), but it sounded good lol.

Anyway… the fun coffee-break site for the night has been dnScoop. It was mentioned on my discussion forum earlier today, and I thought I’d check it out and see what a few of my sites are worth. It is basically a domain name research tool that gives you value, stats, history, etc based on a variety of data sources. It’s a great overall look at your sites/domains… and it’s fun!

Check out these values on well-known sites, as shown on dnScoop:

yahoo.com - $2,147,483,647

Here is the value, according to dnScoop, of a few of my sites:

Obviously they are worth FAR more than that to me, and there’s no way in h*ll I’d sell out at this point ;). Leave a Reply below and share your link, and it’s value!
