You have a unique way for keeping things fresh and for always providing real insights on individual projects, as well as challenging us to get outside our comfort zones. I think your community works because you keep us accountable and we keep you accountable in return, it's not just you giving orders and shaking your finger at people with criticisms like some "mastermind communities" have going on. I might not get to the forum as often as I'd like sometimes, but every time I have an idea I think to myself, "I need to drop into brainstorming hour or post that in the forum."
