Video: Hot Traffic, Warm Traffic, Cold Traffic

Today I had my very first Google Hangout experience. There were quite a few technical issues, but we finally got it all worked out and had a fun hour! I hopped on the Hangout with David Perdew, Joel Comm, Kelly McCausey, and John Paduchak (the co-host). Sterling Valentine, the usual host, wasn't able to make it live.

This was for Sterling's Celebrity Traffic Summit, by the way. It looks to be a fun show, and one I'll definitely tune in to - and may decide to be on again!

We talked about Hot Traffic vs Cold Traffic, our best traffic sources, various things we're each doing online to get traffic and reach our target markets. Fun stuff. πŸ˜€

David asked about my new product, which you can learn more about here. Also check out my 5 Fast Social Media Productivity Tips. And if you want to watch the presentation I gave for David's group this week, and download the Objectives Worksheet bonus we talked about on the video above, click here.

Enjoy! πŸ˜€

Great hangout Lynn. What a fun way to end my day. Thanks for posting it.

  2. Wow Lynn, This Goole hangout was extremely interesting! I had to take some deep breathes and take a step back, and also tell myself I have a lot to learn! I'm definitely where I want to be as far as what I want to learn and WHO I want to learn FROM...if that makes sense?? Lol

I want to still stay in my WAH niche and keep offering job and opportunity seekers real wah resources, however, also dig deeper into affiliate marketing and succeed at writing. AM is initially why I started following you, tuning into your webinars and watching your videos. I agree with you about the social medias, this is where I/we need to be...I just need to keep learning new and better strategies. Lol.

I have taken in a lot of info for the past month or so and to be honest, it's a little overwhelming, however, it's not keeping me from wanting success and learning all I can.

Thanks for sharing this with us!

  3. Nice post Lyn! πŸ™‚

I had my first use of hangout last month and it is a great experience since you can get faster direct messages using it with the circle of friends that you wanted to be in.

Well, about the 5 tips in social media productivity. All are great and I was glad that you gave us this list. The last number shared is what I want to put forward. Thanks!

Yeah, totally agree - Google Hangouts is awesome. Best way to interact with several people all over the country (or even world). Thanks for sharing the 5 Fast Social Media Productivity Tips, really found it useful. Take care.

  5. Awesome! I can't watch the video yet, it seems to be loading slowly. But I might check it again later. Anyway, it's good to know you've had a fun time with the guys at Google Hangout. I have never heard or read any negative feedback about it, and you're added to the list of the satisfied ones who were able to share the fun.

    Having fun + learning. Great!

    • I can't believe how much I learned in 90 minutes about traffic. This was tremendous! It was great to get perspectives on warm and cold traffic and traffic trends from three of the people I admire most online, Joel Comm, Lynn Terry and Kelly McCausey. Also, Dave Perdew's skills as an interviewer really made it a great hangout. You guys are a tough act to follow.

  6. Hi Lynn, I can't stop myself fromsaying this but it is one of your shortest posts. Yte you shared so much of useful info through this small post of yours. I believe that too needs intelligence to wrap up so much in something so small. Thanks for all the links.
