  1. Only me again LOL

I'm loving your short Q&A videos Lynn πŸ™‚

Just wanted to add that I was struggling with focus due to overwhelm recently.

So I looked at all the individual tasks that need to be done for my business to function successfully. Then I grouped the tasks up in to 'divisions' and gave each one a time block for completion.

And during that time block I do NOTHING but focus on that division and the tasks on my to-do list for that day.

    Have a great weekend!

  2. Hi Lynn! I absolutely love the "3 Priorities" idea. I go in various stages of Overwhelm these days, with working part-time at the Hospital Foundation as Office Manager, and also running my online Sunrider Nutrition business about 20 hours weekly, learning/taking classes, having time for family, friends, fun... etc. and this particular suggestion sounds like something that I can incorporate.
    Thanks!
    Diana

Lynn, This post was badabeembadaboom...to the point! Much appreciated! To keep overwhelm way in the background, yes, one must focus on only the task at hand...not easy, but necessary to move forward...thanks.
