Shopping at Google Store!
I Google. If you’ve known me for any matter of time, you’ve already figured that I’m a Google fan
In fact, some of my recent blog posts at my other blog include: Just Ask Google! and Thank You, Google! just to give you an example.
So I had it on my agenda for the week to do a little shopping when I got the opportunity. And then I had the thought that it would be cool to search around online – maybe at some of the CafePress stores – and see if I could find some cool ‘geek wear’
My first search (on Google, of course) was for “google store” – just to see if there were any cool google-logo’d items out there. The first result? GoogleStore.com! COOL!
I had to have the Google Basic Tee, of course:

… And the Google Women’s Tee:

… and I grabbed the Black is Back Tee too (because it’ll be cute with my new black sandals
):

I grabbed a Google Pen, too, just to be geeky!

The prices were great in my opinion – especially for Google logo items. I spent right at 40 bucks total… and I ended up getting Free Shipping on my order, too! Now that I look back at the main page, that seems to be a special they’re running. Definitely a nice surprise.
That was fun!
If you know of any other cool ‘geeky’ online stores… post a comment and leave me a link!

The new blog’s nice, Lynny!
Was it easy? I mean, for normal people??
I’m planning to set one up soon…maybe move mine over too.
Geeky online stores? I’m drawing a blank…sorry!!

I’ll be honest with you – I’ve set up other WordPress blogs before, and not had as easy a time with them. But then, I was trying to do everything manually and was hunting down various templates and plugins one at a time.
Using OptiNiche is what made this one so easy! Teli includes the theme and the plugins, so that your WordPress blog is already optimized and ready in a few quick clicks!

[...] By the way, I got some great packages in the mail this week! The first was the two print books that I ordered from Joel Comm. The second my package from Google Store. And I also got some hand-poured candles from Ronda of Makin’ Scents. She sent me a Spiced Cranberry candle to try out… which I’ve already gotten great compliments on! So I am looking forward to pulling on a geeky shirt, reading my Adsense books, and burning my new candles [...]
