		<description>I agree - and I&#039;ve actually had that problem with a host in the past (that they didnt bother to do anything). It was the last host that I used before switching everything to ThirdSphere a few years ago. 

At the point that I switched hosting companies, &lt;i&gt;nothing&lt;/i&gt; was working properly - and hadnt been for over a week - and the support team seemed to have their hands tied on resolving any of it. I got the run-around, conflicting responses to my issues &amp; questions... and no fixes. Talk about frustrating!

(That was HerWebHost, for the record)

HostGator has so far gone out of their way to resolve the issues for me and keep me as a customer. And like I said, any other experiences - good or bad - I&#039;ll be sure to share, and keep everyone posted ;)
