Do You Use A Plug In To Condense Website Posts?? If Not How Do You Do It?

I want to allow more posts to show on my blog. Currently, each post is shown in its entirety. What can I use (or do) so that a small portion of the post is shown with a "continue" or a "read more" tab? The way it is done on this site (clicknewz) would be ideal.

You'll find the More Tag in the menu bar at the top of your composition window. You can also type in the More Tag code.
