This last January I took a course to learn how to create a Niche affiliate site. I have to say, I liked the process of creating the site and was looking forward to making some money from the site. I have yet to make any money and am very frustrated. I know it takes time but I did expect some activity by now.
I would like to create a blog and another niche site but I am having trouble moving forward because I'm not sure if I am headed in the right direction with what I'm doing?
I am thinking that the elite membership might be a place to start because I would receive the feedback I need as I move forward with a blog and another niche site. I would appreciate any comments as to moving forward.

I definitely recommend the Elite forum.
It helped me get my business off the ground and start making money. Lynn has a great thread in there where you can follow a niche site set up from start to finish. And you get loads of personal help, and we ALL need that.
Hope to see you in there and give you a hand :)

Hi Billie,
I would love to work with you inside the private brainstorming group! :)
I'm curious which course you took earlier this year and what you're working on. I'd also love to hear what you're doing with that site, and why you feel it's not seeing any "activity" (I assume traffic and sales).
Let me know if you have any questions about joining us. You get access to both of my courses free as a member, and we have two live Brainstorming Hour sessions every week - plus hands on help inside the private forum. You can get all the details here: http://www.clicknewz.com/hands-on-help/

I went ahead and joined and posted my site for a review and I began looking at the threads. I also downloaded the niche blueprint.
Yes Lynn when I say no activity I do mean no sales and very few visits. I am on Pinterest, twitter and FB and I submit it to google after each post. The course I took was a one on one from Erica Stone. So I will see you on the inside.

Great, I'll check out your threads inside the private forum area and we'll take it from there! :)
One comment though - you submit your site/domain to Google every single time you add a new blog post?? This is unnecessary. Google will index your content fairly quick, depending on how often they crawl your site for new content and links. And you can increase the frequency through more frequent publishing and fresh (high quality) inbound links. ;-)
I just wanted to add that note in there for anyone else reading along...

I am a newbie here and I enjoyed this post as I am in a similar situation. Also, thanks Lynn for the tips and insight. I think this is a good place to be...here on this forum. I plan to learn a lot!
