Dear Lynn and others

Lynn knows I have done a number of things online. I currently work full time and work part time as a virtual assistant. In addition to this I'd like to start some passive income on the side. Where do I begin? What is the best way to do this?

I wouldn't "start over" given how much you have invested already with websites, products, etc you've created. You can easily adjust and/or repurpose and make the most of the foundation you've already built, and build out from there. Start by analyzing what you have - assets, products, content, connections, etc - and decide how you want to move forward.

Do you have anything in mind considering what you have to work with? And how much time can you devote to this goal after your full time job and client work?

One thing you can do is incorporate passive income sources into your work as a VA. There are a number of things you can do with a service-based business. See: http://www.clicknewz.com/2243/how-to-create-passive-income-opportunities/ for some examples. :)

I don't necessarily want to do my own training for them anymore b/c I simply don't have time, but I was thinking I could use the TraintobeAvirtualassistant website to promote my templates and maybe other training programs as an affiliate.

What do you think?

I think that's a great idea! Definitely use what you already have and repurpose it into something easy to set up and maintain, given your current schedule and your main objective (a more passive source of revenue).

I am replying to your email as well, so keep an eye out for that in your inbox. ;-)
