1. Write good quality content.
2. Remove poor quality content
3. Get rid of ads
4. Get rid of duplicate content
5. Become active on social media
6. Learn basic SEO
7. Get good, but not cheap backlinks
8. Avoid keyword stuffing
9. Un-index poor quality pages

In addition, check if there is broken link and always update your content.

Hey those are great tips... i have followed some of them but how to identify broken links?? and how does it helpful get rid of panda by being active on social media?? please help me with this

You can use Google webmaster tools to identify broken links, but this would only show you the indexed pages. You can better check it with screaming frog tool and webmasters as well.
You also asked about panda being effected by Social Media!! I can hardly understand what does it mean, for panda you should better check the content effecting it and a long wait is all you can do right at the moment.
You should better make sure if its really hurt by Panda.

Yes, agree with all... Google Panda update targets sites that have a lot of duplicate or low-quality pages.
