I’m starting a blog about PTSD, treatments for PTSD, self-help techniques, etc. I’m not sure what to call it. It's also going to be about diagnoses, individual symptoms and experiences, causes, etc.
I used to run a blog called “Scriptherapy,” which was short-lived. It was about using writing as a therapeutic, self-help technique. I’m abandoning that blog for a blog more focused on a variety of ways to cope with PTSD and the symptoms.
A friend of mine recommended that I call my blog “Invisible Ink” because not many people want to talk about PTSD, so they overlook topics, which makes the subject of PTSD invisible. However, this doesn’t seem like a very precise or marketable title.
What do you think?
