I also use Aweber (no affiliate link Angie got in first :) ) and I wish I had started using it from the beginning. Other services ended up costing me a lot more than I expected, and I didn't get the same massive flexibility as you get with Aweber.

The big guns use it for a reason, it is really the best. Plans start from $19 per mth first month only $1

Aweber is the best, but ConstantContact has a free 60 day trial, so that might be the better way to go if you have a limited budget...
