Is there a hierachy to keywords?

For WP - When inputting keywords into the meta description on posts, is there a hierarchy that matters? Meaning, does it matter which order they are inputted?

Same question for the home description meta keywords.

As far as the meta keyword & meta description fields, no. You do want to use your Primary Keyword Phrase for that page in the meta description, and in the first 140 characters. Other than that, you want to write a description that really compels searchers to click through when they read it on a search results page.
