I'm starting to utilize clickbank more in my affiliate marketing plan now making some excellent affiliate commissions this past month. I'm confused however in the reporting area and wondered if anyone could help me here.

When I click on Transactions, it shows me a list of all my affiliate sales for whatever date I choose. It allows me to email the buyer or to click on the Receipt and look at it but what I really want is to find out what product I actually sold. ie) I was promoting Nicole Dean's stuff this month and I know her Vendor name is "mostlysane" yet how do I know what product of hers sold? When you are promoting 50-100 products a month, it's hard to remember off the top of your head.

I can't even search Nicole's vendor name (mostlysane) to find out more about her and the products she offers. Or if you can, I don't know where to do this.

This seems to be something that I should easily be able to figure out and I am wondering if I'm just thinking too hard to figure it out this weekend?? LOL!

My question...How do you look up a vendor in Clickbank to find out what products they offer? Also, is there a way in see in your reports which specific product sold by a vendor or does it only show the vendor?

Thanks ;)

As far as I know CB reports only shows the vendor - and the product number of the product that vendor sells.

Unless the vendor uses something like EasyClickmate (http://easybiztools.com/go.php?offer=sciencemom&pid=4&tid=elite) (and that is my affiliate link :) ), your hoplink will only go to ONE of her products - so odds are that is the product purchased.

Of course, the customer could surf around on her site and end up at a different product. You may not want to do this much research, but if you mouse over the 'buy now' button, you'll see a product number.

It is confusing. I'm an affiliate for some of my own products, and sometimes I have to refer to a list, because I forget which product number is which.

Tawnya, I just hoplinked over to Nicole's site, and she uses a redirect at the buy now. SOOO, you'll have to click through to Clickbank's order page, and find the piece of the URL that says item=X. The X will be the item number.

Simple as pie. Which isn't simple, if you ask me.
