View Full Version : Ever Have Trouble Getting Into CJ?

I recently reactivated an account and attempted to get links.

Upon clicking the link to do so, it brought me back to the CJ Account Manager login page and then would not accept the login info.

Client Support said it might be my popup blocker (disabled it) or my security settings (all at medium for just this reason) or I may need to try getting in through another browser, so I tried IE. Still nothing.

Anyone else ever encounter this very frustrating situation???

Haven't joined CJ yet so can't help ya.

I'll go ahead and move this to the main SSWT forum so you can get more input.

CJ are masters of obscurity so your experience seems bang on to me. That's why I avoid them...the whole site seems designed to be awkward...

Best of Luck!

I hate to say this, but I find their interface and merchant searching MUCH better than SAS. . . (that said, at least SAS lists a phone number.)

Hi Dan - I had exactly the same problem. Did a Google search and found out I was not alone.

Only way I could solve it was to use Chrome (Google web browser) to access CJ and that works fine - but if I use Firefox or IE I cannot log-in. Wierd - but using Chrome is not a major inconvenience so I just do that. :D

Dan, I have the same problem. Every time I try to login it does me that way. I have had to request a new password more than once when I knew then one I was using should have been good. I use Firefox so that may be it . I don't know enough to know. Trying to learn though. People here have such good info.

I have the same problem with infusionsoft affiliate log ins on my PC. I am sure it has to do with cookies. I get around it by logging in to infusionsoft affiliate programs on my Mac.

Gail - when I can't login using Firefox (and one of my blogs will not allow me in when I use firefox even though I have deleted the cookie) I launch safari or IE.

Less botehr than using another computer!

Thanks Alex, I will try that. I guess I thought when you were using one not to use the other. I learn something new everyday and that is why I am here.
