FTP Newbie Needs Help

Hey folks!

With my new site and use of WordPress I'm realizing that I need to start using a FTP program. I'm thinking about FileZilla.

But here's my question: I know NADA about FTP - any good tutorials out there?

I didn't because I use an outdated (hilariously outdated) FTP program, so Traci did that one ^^ :)
