Looking for a good VA for ongoing job

Hi,
I am looking to hire a good reasonably priced virtual assistant to help me with ongoing tasks for several websites of mine.

Must have good knowledge of keyword research and SEO needs for adding products to an ecommerce store, blog posting, article submission to directories, blog commenting, social site posting, and possible use of traffic geyser (training available for this part).
If person works out --could be a long term position.
