Starting in November (this month) I'll be publishing monthly book reviews for some of the best titles on marketing, social media, online business & blogging. I have an entire list of books already, but welcome your suggestions. What titles have you read, or are you interested in? I'd love to see your list for books you'd like to hear more about!

E-Myth Revisited
I want to read this book, but I haven't read it yet. It's at the top of my list.

I vote for the Internet marketing magazine that you mentioned before that you like. I forget the name of it though.

I like Revenue and The Net Effect. I have a couple other subscriptions but I believe you're probably referring to one of those two?

I located the Power of Full Engagement at my local library.

Now to go get it!

That is one of my personal favorites, Dan :)

I have a review here: The Power of Full Engagement (http://www.clicknewz.com/1804/power-of-full-engagement/)

One book I actually finished from cover to cover, and found very helpful is Career Renegade: How to Make A Great Living Doing What You Love by Jonathan Fields. Great info for those of us just getting started :)

I have that book, and it's on my review list :)

I've known Jonathan for awhile, and met up with him at the BlogWorld Expo event last Fall. Great guy, great book! Review coming soon...

Right now I'm reading "Divas Doing Business" - 'What the Guidebooks Don't Tell You About Being a Woman Entrepreneur' by Monique Hayward

I'm on 1/4 pages through it but so far it's a good read. I like the fact that she interviewed several women in business who give the nitty gritty about their reasons for starting their businesses, ups and downs and the fun they're having. It also teaches about overcoming stereotypes and taps into, mental, physical, spiritual, emotional and financial impacts.

I met Monique last month and after speaking with her at length, I was compelled to grab her book -- she's smart, energetic, motivating and authentic. ;)

I'll have to add that to my list, Regina. I bought three titles on that topic (http://www.clicknewz.com/1748/breaking-into-the-boys-club/) last year and haven't had opportunity to read them yet. I should grab that one and make it a marathon! ;)

How to Get Rich by Felix Dennis.

And of course, Think and Get Rich!

Lynn,

First off, this is my first time on the forum in several months due to some family health issues that required my attention when I wasn't at my j.o.b.

Unfortunately twitter, Fb, and everything I was using fell by the wayside since February. Thankfully, everything seems to be doing much better with proper care and now I can get back to focus.

I was hoping to attend Nams this summer, but with the illness in my family I had to use all my vacation time and will have to wait until the new year. (yet, another reason to deisre the freedom that comes with being my own boss) :)

With that said, I am very excited to read your opinions on the book you choose.. I've already got several great resources from the IMTW podcast, and look forward to find some gems.

Two books that come to mind are:

Now, Discover Your Strengths - Marcus Buckingham
Influencer - Kerry Patterson

Glad to be back, and will be playing catch up on the forums for the next few days. Thanks for all you do.

I think Positioning by Al Ries and Jack Trout is really interesting. Thank you for asking Lynn!
