Hello,
I already did ping my blog. I know I need to do more work to increase the traffic. How you do drive traffic to your blog organically?

I'm assuming you only need free methods to drive traffic so I would highly suggest article marketing. Basically you find keywords that have enough monthly searches and at the same time with little or no competition so you could easily rank your articles in search listings.

This is effective especially if you have a new site. You can submit your articles to article directories (EzineArticles.com first) so you can leverage their authority and you can get visitors indirectly to your site.

All these ideas are great.

You also want to think about viral traffic as well- can you put up an article/video/cartoon- ANYTHING- that people will WANT to forward to friends and post on their facebook pages etc?

That will go far, although it may take quite a bit of advanced preparation.

First add some thing interesting and attractive in your blog..Then start your campaign from writing some articles and link then with your blog..Blogs and other forums signatures are also help ful..And use some good social bookmarking sites..

I definitely agree article marketing is a great way to go. If you are looking for a good article directory go to my site in my signature. I blogged about a very good article writing place and it pays you too. Plus, they let you link to your blog and any other links as long as it pertains to what you are writing about. I really like it.
