Social Bookmarking On Non Web 2.0 Sites

My main site is a basic html website. I do have a few blogs on it, but the main page and such is standard html.

Should I be adding some of the bookmarking services to these pages I feel are important?

Do you mean should you bookmark the page...absolutely, and not just that but build other links too. You always need & want links.

Don't manually do it all..go semi-automatic which gives you manual control but just skips you through the diff sites and takes you to the place you need to be to submit links.

Putting a social bar on your site doesn't mean people are going to bookmark it.
