How to link to Clickbank's checkout page, instead of sales page?

I have a page- http://www.raisingsmallsouls.com/focus/ where I'd like to link to Clickbank's checkout page for the product, instead of Clickbank's sales page.

How is this accomplished?

I was supposed to email you with this today! But Stefani referred you to the right spot. Note, however, that there is no cookie set with this link. If you are the first person to refer the customer, you will get credit for the sale. If the customer has a cookie from a previous vendor, that cookie stands and the first vendor will get credit.
