I wanted to share a quick solution to a common and irritating problem when recording audio and video. You know when you get the perfect video shot and you pack up your equipment or hang up the Skype Call for an interview. You then start processing the audio or videos and realize that there are hums, AC noise in the background that you did not hear while recording. Check out the post here on how to fix that in less than two minutes http://www.andrefraser.com/blog/bias-soundsoap-review-remove-noise-and-hums

Thanks for the pointer. I have used audacity for this very issue. It has a noise reduction feature that works perfectly. I had an audio podcast that was recorded in parts by different people at different times. Audacity was able to clean up the background hums and make it sound like one contiguous file.

I like audacity too. I find it to be a little complicated for most of the non technical people. I think SoundSoap with its two knobs and before and after comparison to be so efficient and easy to use.
