I received a pm from a forum from this person who told me that they come out with a new product regarding internet marketing once a month, and they asked me if I would be interested in receiving these products for free. They said all I would have to do is write a good review about the product when it comes out. They said it would be a win win situation. They said I would get a free product and they would get a good review. Do you think that it would be a good idea to do this?

It really depends...I only do honest reviews so I would not personally do a review for someone who requires only a positive review. Also, I only do product reviews if it truly benefits my readers and myself and most times if there is a way for me to monetize it (for instance if one of my affiliate programs/networks has that product available).
Hope this helps!

If it fits with your audience needs and they don't mind you giving the product an honest once over with positive and negative points, then maybe try one or two on a trial basis and see what happens before you commit to a long term thing.

I agree with Angie and Loretta. Don't commit to making a good review -- commit to making an honest, frank review. Doing it on a trial basis before you jump in with both feet is better. And by all means, only do it if it matches your current market.
