I'm looking for someone friendly and bright to answer emails on my customer service desk. I'm trying to find someone who can work fast, be efficient, and be great at building/ maintaining relationships with my customers at the same time.

Job tasks:
Checking emails on Zendesk helpdesk system
Answering in a friendly, warm way,
Promptness and conscientiousness super important
Checking customer particulars and troubleshooting minor problems (knowledge of amember control panel, wordpress, and aweber control panel a huge asset)
Adding common questions as you notice them to the knowledgebase without supervision (requires writing them yourself).

Skill requirements:
Ability to follow directions to the letter
Work well without supervision
Good writing skills
Ability to troubleshoot and be resourceful
Good at communicating, asking questions, etc.

Per week: about 5 hours per week or less. I can clear the tickets in less than 30 minutes a day. After a few weeks you should be able to as well. I'll pay you for the full five hours per week if you can maintain quality.
