I have been trying to get a refund for my purchase of the Sales Page Theme from Unique Blog Designs with no response from the company. I have sent emails to every address I can find, left phone messages and I am within the 30 day guarantee they clearly state on their website.
Jason, Matt, Nate are the staff - and I guess developers - but no one is responding.

If you're considering this - my recommendation is - don't!

Thats unfortunate.

Was it a paypal transaction? If so you can request a refund there. Paypal usually sides with the buyer.

yes it was paypal - and I contacted them and filed a dispute. however this is not the kind of claim paypal can make a decision on - theirs is if something actually was not delivered or if it was different than was what I expected. They recommended that I file, they contacted the company and still no response.

Try Twitter or their Facebook page, etc. This is surprising as these guys are well established and well known.

I would try getting a hold of Josh. I don't know him personally, but he seems to be the face of the company. Try him.

Keep us updated.

yes, I have sent multiple emails to every address I can find - also left voice mail at their customer service number 3 times.
I have addressed emails to Josh -

No response at all - very interesting.

Why did you want to refund - can you say? What was wrong with the theme for you? It looked good on the outside.

I was interested in it because it is Wordpress - but for the Sales Page it did not seem intuitive at all to me - and there is a forum for help - but you post and the moderator has to approve the post first and the moderator replies. So that can take anywhere from 24 + hours to get an answer and if it is a short answer that is not instructive enough then you have to do it all over again - post, wait, etc.
I also have their Affiliate Theme which I found easier to use.
After posting here, posting at Yaro's forum, using Twitter and facebook and PM to their moderators I finally got a refund.

Glad to hear you finally got it sorted out. I think people start to sit up and take notice when you start saying negative things across the web. Problem is you shouldn't even have to go that far - especially if there's a money back guarantee.

A lesson for us all to takeaway.
