I'm fairly new to this forum, but have been lurking on Lynn's sites for awhile now.
I'm trying to set up a contact me page on my site, and, since I'm really a newbie at site building, need direction on how to get the email form put on the page. Hope this makes sense.

Hi BoJo,

I recommend using the very easy Contact Form 7 (http://contactform7.com/). Just install the plugin, activate it, and then go to the newly created Contact submenu in your left sidebar.

Once there you can copy the bit of code at the top of the page. If you haven't already created a new page for your contact page, then create one, then paste that bit of code in there and you're all set. :)

Bojo - is your site a wordpress blog? If it is I'd back up mark#s advice I use contact form 7 too.

Feel free to ask some more!

Very good point, Alex.

BoJo, I had assumed that you were working on a WordPress site. If that is not the case, then I believe there's an alternative that will not require you to program. Just let us know and I'll dig around for that information. :)

The other question Bojo is whether you mean a contact form or an email opt-in form?

I have examples of each on this new blog I am working on

Thanks so much. Yes, it's a wp blog. Just don't know where to 'paste' the code. What page? Sorry, but I'm a real newbie.
