Hey gang, I would like to extend an invitation to participate in my FREE 30 Day Home Office Fitness Challenge (http://fatlossquickie.com/blog/30-day-home-office-fitness-challenge-day-1/) which is going on at my blog.

The goal of the challenge is to improve your business, fitness, and life by incorporating home office fitness into your workday.

I'd love to share this fun journey with you and celebrate in the successes that you achieve during the next 30 days.

Any help in spreading the word about this challenge is greatly appreciated. I've been using Twitter and Facebook to get the ball rolling and will be emailing my followers in the next couple hours.

Thanks for your support.

I saw your Twitter message this morning. Your site is looking great!

I would love to get on the balance ball but since I am not at home, it is not quite possible to do this one! :) I do plan on doing what I can though. Retweeted your message too.

Thanks a million Pam. I noticed that you didn't waste any time retweeting. That means the world to me and is sincerely appreciated.

I'm looking forward to seeing how you incorporate the strategies that I share into your workday.

If you're following along I have just posted Day 2 of the 30 Day Home Office Fitness Challenge (http://fatlossquickie.com/blog/30-day-home-office-fitness-challenge-day-2/).

It's all about changing your focus. You'll get to see a video of the beautiful marina that is just a couple blocks from my home.

Hey Scott. Just ordered your program. The main thing I am interested in is not gaining weight over the next couple of months due to a broken ankle and very limited mobility. I was training for a marathon and a few days ago during power walk/jog I broke my ankle. So out of the marathon in October, but concerned about how to keep my energy up and stay in the shape I am in.

Figured your program might help and the price is definitely right.

Right on Kathleen. It's so great to have you on board with the Fat Loss Quickie home office fitness program. We'll work around your injury and help you recover from it much quicker while improving your health in the process.

I'm looking forward to getting to know you better in the FLQ community

Thanks Scott. I am enjoying the videos and know when the foot heals I will implement the full plan you have outlined. In the meantime, any recommendations for getting great exercise while on crutches is great.

Thanks Clay, I really appreciate it. Hope that it generates some sales for you.

The 30 Day Challenge has really got me in the habit of writing frequent blog posts and interacting with my followers. I'm so glad that I got it rolling.

Seriously though Clay, hearing your feedback and the feedback from others has been making this all worth it.

Scott, I have yet to start this, but I want to. The spirit is willing, but the flesh keeps doing other stuff!
