I am working on a client's site, and she has a wp plugin that she and I don't like (WP Shopping Cart from http://www.getshopped.org/)

This plugin creates her pages for her, and it's not very friendly: she can only put a small amount of text, the images are really small, and lined to a much larger image, etc.

Is there a way to create the pages as usual, and just add a buy button to handle the buying process? Is there a plugin for that?

If anyone has any examples of working websites, I'd love to take a look.

I need help with this ASAP, please.

try shopplugin.net ... my friend tried and it like a lot. and read a lot of reviews where people like so much more over wp e-commerce (what getshopped is built on). in case you wanna do some reseach, google for wp e-commerce vs shopp

I'm seriously thinking of trying http://www.shopperpress.com/ for an ecommerce site I'm about to do.

FYI: I just built a directory site with http://www.directorypress.net/ (one of their other plugins) and I really like it. The site I built is http://www.christianmomsinbusiness.com/

Just to point out, I think shopperpress is a theme. With theme-based shopping cart, normally products are stored as posts. You would need to use the custom fields for product details. But there may be a mechanism for you to still post content and articles.

Glennette - that theme looks like it may be what we've been looking for! Thank you. :)

Thanks Kidino & Glennette. I sent her these 2 options and one someone else recommended: http://www.tipsandtricks-hq.com/wordpress-estore-plugin-complete-solution-to-sell-digital-products-from-your-wordpress-blog-securely-1059

This last one seems to be doing exactly what we wanted it to do: add a buy button on any page we create, without having to create the pages through the plugin.
