Hosting company's ftp

Just wondering if anyone uses an ftp program provided by their hosting company, as opposed to filezilla, cuteftp, etc.

I sometimes use the File Manager in cPanel. But usually use Smart FTP, FireFTP and have been known to use Filezilla if I have to.
