I am stuck with a problem. I know that the best way to catch the attention of search engines is through a valid domain name. Now, some domain names have the appropriate keywords but is not really catchy. A really good brandable domain might not have as many keywords, but can roll off the tongue easily. Now you could have a site like Dingo.com with absolutely no keywords in it, but a really curious name to attract customers. Now, SEOs do suggest the use of keywords in domain names, but wouldn’t this be better for marketing? Any opinions?

You don't need to use keyword phrases in your domains to be successful. Check out Lynn's CLICKNEWZ.com blog. That doesn't have a keyword phrase at all and she is a very successful super affiliate.

The way to attract the search engines in the long run is to add great content using researched keyword phrases that people are actually searching for plus as far as SEO and stuff search engines look at pages not websites.

Hope this helps!
