View Full Version : Phrase Match vs Broad Match Results In Market Samurai's Rank Tracker

I have been using Market Samurai's Rank Checker to see how my pages are doing for specific keyword phrases. But I have been doing "broad match" rank checking, and was hovering around the 7th page of Google for a 3-term KW phrase. I JUST noticed and tried the "phrase match" rank checker and discovered my page is at the top of the 2nd page of Google for that KW. Getting close;).

I thought I'd mention this to folks who might also just be learning Market Samurai. It defaults to broad match rank checking. If you want phrase match, you'll need to put a tick in that box above the results table.

Cheers!

Not to burst your bubble here, but if I'm not mistaken, phrase match is the results when someone is searching in quotes. It's fun to look at, but unfortunately in the real world, people rarely search in Google using quotes.

Well I continue to learn every day. Thanks. Bubble still fully inflated:).

One good thing is that my total domain backlinks that were showing about 500 yesterday are over 1,000 today:). Small moves, small moves.
